How to Apply for a School Place

If your child was born between 1 September 2019 and 31 August 2020 your child will be eligible to start school in September 2024.

The closing date for applications has now passed but you can make a late application from 9am on 23 January 2024 until midnight on 31 August 2024.

School places are applied for online via the Derbyshire County Council School Admissions Service web page.
