Admission Arrangements

To apply for a school place at Dunston Primary and Nursery Academy you will need to contact Derbyshire County Council and ask for Admissions on 01629 533190.

If your child was born between 1 September 2019 and 31 August 2020 they will eligible to start school in September 2024. You should apply for their Reception school place by 14 January 2024. You will be able to make your application from 9am on 6 November 2023.

If your child was born between 1 September 2016 and 31 August 2017 and is in their last year at an infant school you should apply for their junior school place by 14 January 2024. You will be able to make your application from 9am on 6 November 2023

The School's Pupil Admissions Number (PAN) is 45 - should you wish to apply for a place when a year group is fully subscribed please contact the admissions department who will take you through the appeals process.
