What are we learning this half term?

This half term our topic will be Growing and changing. Within this topic we will look at how we have changed from a baby to now, where our food comes from, the change in season, the lifecycle of a plant, planting seeds and watching them grow. We will also look at preparing for Easter.

In phonics we will be continuing to learn phase 2 and 3 phonics.

In our maths this term, we will be looking at representing and comparing different compositions of 9 and 10, learning number bonds to 10, 3D shapes such as cylinder, cuboid, cube, sphere, cone and square based pyramid as well as representing simple and complex patterns.
